Lovely greetings and great bar staff , ordered chips and sandwiches for 15 of us , simple presentation really fresh and good quality fillings,, lot's of hot chip's to go around also plenty for. Pitch and putt directions a total disaster, sketchy directions poor signage. Only managed seven holes as we couldn't find the other two . Being taken to the start would have been great or even a map to point us in the right direction,, but as scouters we made our own course and had a great evening. A little more direction would have been great, but we're used to winging it and making the best of what we've got
The greens were in superb condition last week. Only complaint is that the bunkers had no sand in them.

Superb course . Staff very polite and professional. Nice cool beer. Highly recommend
Very well kept course. Nicely laid out and set up to be challenging without punishing wayward shots too much. Friendly and welcoming team in the clubhouse. Very well worth a visit.

A bit of a game to get to. On the outskirts of chesterfield with a very large post code, it must have been 3/4 of a mile down the road from the post code. Then when you do get there you have to drive up a rather steep hill, on a single lane road, with cars coming down the same road at you. With some exciting blind corners on a single lane road at the top. But you do get quite a nice view from the top of the hill and it is nice to see all the open green space's.
Very nice place to go sledging as the hills are perfect and snow often falls very smoothly onto them.

I really enjoy going to this gym every morning. Lovely staff and a good range of facilities. I only wish they would put nice, relaxing, chill out music on in the locker room. Then it would be perfect.
Clean and nice, modern equipment, swimming pool, steam room, sauna. Busy at the peak times, yet moderate outside those. Opens early and closes late, additional benefit. It is not the cheapest, yet was worth it. Staff always friendly, smiling and very helpful. One star less for the way the management dealt with complaint.

The gym is new, clean, bright, spacious and airy. The equipment is all new with a great variety. The staff are very welcoming, supportive and helpful. Great value for money with a huge amount of classes to choose from.
This gym is great there are lots of machines to use so you don't have to wait to use the equipment. The ladies only section is great to workout in a quite area and has most equipment needed for a quick workout. Definitely value for money gym and classes are included in the low monthly price.

Leisure centre, clean and inviting. There's a gym, swimming pool and kids pool. The main pool is just a rectangle pool. No slides and usually half the lanes are closed for classes so if you like to imitate a fish, you'll love it. The gym is modern and well equipped with plenty of staff to take care of you. On the whole it's a nice place to meet friends and keep fit but lacks interesting extras. There is a cafe which is ok and friendly and plenty of free parking. Also disabled friendly.
Great facilities, friendly staff. Good range of activities.

Not a lot of parking space here, and there's often a queue to get through the lights on exit at weekends and during school holidays. McDonald's is recently refurbished. Nuffield health is here as is a popular cinema. Not really in walking distance of the centre of town unless you're feeling intrepid! I find Alma Leisure Park good for getting a quick coffee whilst passing through the area and to rest awhile.
Love this place cinema and plenty of choice of eateries. Plenty for kids. Gym if you fancy it.

The Princes Sports Club is situated next to Brampton Manor which is approached by a tree lined drive. There is ample parking. You go through a very old pub and up some stairs to a spa. On arrival we filled in some health questionnaires. I had a very relaxing neck, shoulder and back massage and my friend had a facial. While we were waiting we were provided with teas or coffees. We then had access to the sports club next door. This is a very clean modern building. We used the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and small pool. This was a brilliant day out all for £19.50. One little thing would have been nice if the lady doing the massages would have made conversation. It makes you feel a bit more welcome. A definite return visit.
I have not been there.

Had my wedding reception here. Emma was lovely and very helpful throughout, especially as we changed rooms! Good spacious room, bar staff friendly. Good priced drinks
Went in to watch the football and we had a great time! Everybody was friendly, great atmosphere, even though it was really busy, didn't have to wait long for drinks. Great place to watch footy!
